Downtown Tempe Directory
The Downtown Tempe Directory is the official guide for the Downtown Tempe Authority (DTA) in Arizona. The directory promotes everything from shopping and dining to events and parking information in downtown Tempe. Since 1993, the award-winning DTA has been the private, non-profit organization that works in partnership with various downtown stakeholders to increase the vitality of downtown Tempe.
Elkhorn Visitors Guide
The Elkhorn Visitors Guide is the annual guide for the Elkhorn Area Chamber of Commerce, located in southeastern Wisconsin. The 2017-2018 visitors guide was the first to be published with Nei-Turner Media Group. The guide promotes area businesses, including places to stay, local events, and recreational activities.
Grand Style Magazine
Grand Style is the annual publication for Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, serving as a guide to this luxury property owned by Marcus Corporation and the Geneva Lakes area. Within its pages, readers will learn about the resort’s early beginnings as the Lake Geneva Playboy Club-Hotel, its subsequent ownership changes as well as today’s distinctive dining options, its spa and fitness facilities, meeting and wedding venues, world-class golf courses and many activities for families.
Greater Madison Visitors Guide
The Madison Visitors Guide is the primary marketing piece for the Greater Madison Convention and Visitors Bureau and is published twice annually. The publication has an annual distribution of 225,000. We provide project management, copy editing, design, proofing, ad sales, invoicing, collection, printing and distribution services for the guide.
Lake Geneva Visitors Magazine
The annual Lake Geneva Visitors Magazine is published for VISIT Lake Geneva. The guide is available at various locations in Lake Geneva and online for prospective visitors.
Minocqua Area Guide
The Minocqua Area Guide is the official travel guide for the Minocqua Area Chamber of Commerce. The guide is produced annually with a distribution of 70,000. It is the primary marketing tool for the Chamber and can be requested online or by calling the Chamber.
On Premise
On Premise is the Tavern League of Wisconsin’s flagship publication. Six issues throughout the year keep the TLW’s 5,000 members up-to-date regarding federal and state legislative matters, marketing and promotional tips, plus the magazine profiles successful operations and hospitality professionals. Readers include owners, managers and employees of taverns, restaurants, resorts, lounges and nightclubs.
Parade of Homes Plan Book
The Parade of Homes Plan Book is the official event guide for the two Madison Area Builders Association’s annual Parade of Homes events. The guide features renderings and descriptions of each home featured in the event. Nei-Turner provides project management, advertising sales, design, invoicing and collection, printing and delivery of the guides.
Racine Visitors Guide
This is the official visitors guide of Real Racine. Produced annually, the guide is distributed throughout a network of locations in Racine County, southeast Wisconsin, northern Illinois and beyond. NTMG provides advertising sales, project management, design and editing services, and contracts for printing and distribution.
