Nei-Turner Media Group, Inc., a publisher with offices in Fitchburg and Lake Geneva, announces the acquisition of BRAVA Enterprises. The acquisition includes BRAVA Magazine, Madison’s only monthly women’s publication; the Madison Women’s Expo held each November; the Madison Kids Expo in March; and BRAVA’s Thrive series of events that includes the Thrive Conference, Thrive Career Workshops and Thrive Luncheons.
Michelle Reddington, BRAVA Magazine Publisher and co-owner of BRAVA Enterprises, will maintain her role as Publisher. “My business partner, Brad Zaugg and I are thrilled that Nei-Turner Media Group is passionate about BRAVA’s mission to encourage, empower and inspire Madison-area women to thrive in their lives through the content of the magazine and our events. Nei-Turner’s offer to acquire us came at an excellent time. This purchase will free Brad up to manage his other rapidly growing business and it will give BRAVA access to the resources of Nei-Turner. The synergy of our combined companies will allow for greater opportunities to positively impact our community.”
“We have been so impressed with BRAVA Magazine and its events over the years, and are very excited to combine our publishing and events resources,” says Bill Turner, President of Nei-Turner. “We specialize in niche publications, and BRAVA is a perfect fit for our portfolio with its specific focus on women. BRAVA is the best way for businesses that target female consumers to reach them in the Madison area.”
The all-women staff at BRAVA will be joined by the all-women staff at Nei-Turner. Nei-Turner will be consolidating its Madison offices, moving its Fitchburg staff to BRAVA’S Verona offices.
