Lake Geneva, WI – (September 2, 2020) — Nei-Turner Media Group, Inc., a publishing and events company in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, announces the addition of Midwest Meetings magazine to its portfolio of publications. Midwest Meetings was launched as Wisconsin Meetings & Incentives in 1994 by Randy Hennen of Brookings, South Dakota. Its name was changed to Midwest Meetings in 1996 and covers 12 Midwestern states.
“The timing was right for the Nei-Turner team to take over production of Midwest Meetings,” said Randy Hennen, founder and Publisher. “I was looking to do something new and we started the discussion with Nei-Turner about acquiring the magazine. I know it is in good hands.”
“I’m excited that Randy has entrusted us with his magazine, and we look forward to many more years of publication,” said Barb Krause, Publisher/CEO of Nei-Turner Media Group, Inc. Nei-Turner will launch a redesigned meetings web site in January that will also include content for sister publications, Wisconsin Meetings and Arizona Meetings & Events.
Cindy Smith, who resides in Wisconsin, will manage sales for Illinois, Michigan and Wisconsin. Steve Van Maanan, former sales manager for Midwest Meetings and resident of South Dakota, will join the new team and manage sales for all other Midwestern states.
