Sourcing the freshest local ingredients, we’re rooted in a farm-to-table ethos to create foods celebrating the seasons. Starting with a one-on- one meeting, our sales team builds relationships with every client to design a menu blending their preferences with our culinary expertise. We specialize in on-site cooking to provide a fresh, high-quality food experience. Using our mobile cooking trailer and portable equipment, we are capable of working at any venue, ranging from event spaces to private residences to the middle of fields.
Our full-service catering features buffet, stations, plated or family- style options, a Heritage Tavern-inspired beverage menu and trained events staff. We also offer drop-off, pick-up, holiday to-go and vending services.
We are honored to serve the Madison community for the past 15 years, including as the premier caterer for Wisconsin Chamber Orchestras’ Concerts on the Square.
